The Garena rewards site has been down since last week, more precisely since Wednesday (08) when all Free Fire servers experienced instabilities.
Garena has not issued any statement revealing the reason for the server and rewards redemption site instabilities so far.
The site does not have an official return date; however, the developer company is working to bring it back as soon as possible.
Recently released codes will likely have their validity extended due to the instabilities the site is experiencing. However, nothing has been confirmed by Garena.

WHAT IS FREE FIRE REWARDS?
Free Fire Rewards is the Garena system that allows redeeming promotional codes — the “codiguins” — in the Battle Royale game. The platform is the only official way to get special items in Free Fire and can be accessed through any web browser, both on computer and on Android and iPhone (iOS) cell phones.
