The latest game event, Project Scarlet, runs from May 12 to 28 and will bring players the first villain character in Free Fire’s history. The event features a special themed interface and the new Gladiator Trio mode.
Additionally, players will have access to multimedia content that reveals Orion’s past, such as the animation Orion, The Fist of Vengeance, and a three-episode miniseries about the new character. On May 19, a new legendary outfit is also introduced to players with the release of the Scarlet Scorpion Set.
The new character Orion is a man consumed by his inner demons, in an endless battle with himself. After the tragic murder of his parents, he got a second chance when he was recruited by the Mambas. However, his insatiable thirst for revenge led him down a dark path, corrupting his fists with vengeance.
The character and his unique ability can be redeemed for free between May 20 and 21 by players who log in to the game. By completing the missions in the Project Scarlet event, players will also earn other rewards, including the Pulsing Power Emote and the Unknown Truth Avatar. The progress to unlock rewards is tracked visually, and each milestone reached unlocks a new item and a memory fragment.
The dark and complex story of the new character arrives with the animation Orion, The Fist of Vengeance, as well as in the three-episode miniseries that premiere on YouTube from May 14 to 16.
